Our salon caters to many overseas customers. Their needs are often completely the opposite of what Japanese customers ask for. For some time, I was deeply confused as to what sort of effects my scalp massage should have, and struggled with my thoughts.
I finally arrived at this universal and globally-shared truth: that beautiful, healthy hair can come about only from a healthy scalp. By going back to this unwavering starting point, I was able to bring out the vitality of the scalp itself, rather than chasing after superficial differences, and to create an ideal treatment menu that also used products that deliver deep relaxation.
